Transformer Tester/System

MICROTEST Transformer Tester comprehensively measures vital transformer parameters, including inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance, turns ratio, and detects pin-to-pin short circuits. Measurement frequencies supported: 200kHz, 500kHz, 1MHz.

5260 series (20 test channels) and 5460 series (48 test channels). Customized pneumatic fixtures are available for different transformer pin configurations. It also supports PC connectivity.

Transformer Test System integrates low-voltage electrical testing and safety compliance testing, offered as a 2-in-1 (low-voltage + Hi pot test) and 3-in-1 (low-voltage + Hi pot test + Impulse Winding test) solution. It uses 21 channel scanning test fixtures and can consolidate multiple stations into one, saving labor.

The 9560 test system combines low-voltage testing for transformers with AC/DC withstand insulation testing and interlayer short-circuit testing. The low-voltage testing includes parameters such as inductance value, leakage inductance, DC resistance, AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance value, turns ratio, and checks for shorted terminals.
