Power Analyzer/Power ATE System

7140 Power Analyzer is designed for single-phase AC/DC power measurement and analysis. It has a measurement bandwidth ranging from DC, 0.2Hz to 100kHz, with a high-speed sampling rate of 500kSPS. The basic power measurement accuracy is up to ±0.05%. It supports rated direct input voltage of 800V and input current of 30A. The analyzer features 100-order harmonic analysis capability, allowing for simultaneous harmonic analysis and integration on any screen background. It supports waveform, bar chart, and trend chart analysis. The compact unit is equipped with a 4.3” TFT LCD display, providing both digital and graphical displays to precisely measure important power-related parameters.

Wireless Charger Automatic Testing System 9901 offers a cost-effective solution for production lines, enabling quick setup and testing of wireless chargers with a power rating of up to 150W. It supports PD/QC protocols and foreign object detection (FOD). Test items include input, output, and protection characteristics. It provides up to 4 channel testing and comes with dual-cut test fixtures to significantly improve production line testing efficiency.

It supports direct input up to 800V and 30A, with 100-order harmonic analysis and simultaneous integration measurement for enhanced efficiency. It supports low standby power testing with a 5mA current range and 10μW power resolution. Users can view waveform, bar, and trend charts, and display 4/8/16 parameters in Meter mode, including max/min monitoring. A comparator mode is also available for PASS/FAIL judgment based on user-defined thresholds.
