The 7630/7631 Hipot Tester offers ACWV/DCWV/IR testing capabilities in a single device, expandable up to 72 measurement channels. With an intuitive programmable interface, it is easy to operate and ideal for safety testing of electronic components and materials.

The 7750 Series Coil Inter-Turn Short Circuit Tester is designed for quality testing of winding components (inductors/transformers/motors), detecting defects in enameled wires, poor winding techniques, or process issues that cause coil short circuits.

MICROTEST 7631 is a 3-in-1 test instrument that supports AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage, and insulation resistance testing functions. It has a maximum AC withstand voltage of 5000V with a leakage current of 30mA, a maximum DC withstand voltage of 6000V with a leakage current of 10mA, and a maximum insulation resistance of 12000MΩ. It provides 8 sets of testing channels and can be optionally equipped with the 7508/7516 multi-channel scanning box, allowing up to 72 sets of testing channels. It supports PC connection software for remote programming and storage of test data. It can also be linked to a barcode scanner for barcode scanning, facilitating production traceability management.

It provides pulse voltage outputs of 1200V/5200V/10000V and utilizes high-speed sampling technology at 200MHz/9 bits. It offers various comparison modes such as total area, area difference, corona count, jitter count, second-order differentiation, and waveform comparison. With a testing speed of up to 10 times per second, it is ideal for high-speed production lines. For testing small components, the optional 7750-1S tester comes with the FX-IM0001 four-wire SMD component testing fixture. It features voltage compensation to minimize voltage errors caused by wiring and equivalent inductance, ensuring accurate quality control for products with small inductance.

By amplifying the waveform through high-frequency resonance, it can precisely detect insulation defects caused by high-voltage coil slot leakage.
