6630 Series offers high-frequency, high-accuracy measurement at 1M/3M/5M/10M/20M/30M/50 MHz. Built-in dielectric constant and permeability test functions. With less than 3 ms stable test speed, it's the best LCR Meter for automated inductor testing.

6360 Series provides accurate basic measurements at 20k/100k/200k/500k/1 MHz. It displays up to 4 parameters per screen with a simple, user-friendly interface—ideal for QA and incoming inspection.
